Design management support to MACE, co-ordinating the information required to discharge planning and listed-building conditions for the Grade II* listed Baltic Exchange.
Engineroom were asked to support MACE to provide an internal Design Management resource to assist with co-ordination of information required by the Planning Consultants to discharge Planning/LBC Conditions for the Baltic Exchange, a Grade II* Listed Building.
The Baltic Exchange building consists of a total of 9 storeys, including 2 basements, with a mix of plant space and office area. The 6th floor is being changed from roof plant only space to a mix of roof plant and a roof terrace, whereas the other floors are to be refurbished providing different internal layouts. The roof terrace is to be used as a break-out space for occupants of the floors below.
